RO-018 Round Staggered Perforated Aluminum Sheet
For machine guards, HVAC intake screens, filtration panels, and balanced ventilation work, RO-018 uses Aluminum (AL), Alloy 3003-H14 (3003H14), Mill Finish and 60° Staggered Centers, 1" Round, 1-1/4" centers, 1/4" bar width to define a tighter purchase specification than a plain catalogue sheet.
Its 58% open area prioritizes airflow, drainage, light transfer, and weight reduction over maximum screening; engineering review should also reference 58% open area, 0.74 holes per square inch, .1250" Thick (8 Gauge) max thickness, 0.74 Lbs./Square Foot sheet weight.
The aluminum substrate keeps panel weight low, so flatness, edge handling, and protective packing should be reviewed before release.
Use it in Sheet with Sheared Through Both Ends and 48" x 120" (Cut Sizes Available); quotation checks should confirm cut edges, flatness, and finish protection before production release.
