HE-005 Hexagon Staggered Perforated Metal Sheet
HE-005 fits high-airflow facade infill, lightweight ceiling panels, and ventilation screens where the drawing calls for 60° Staggered Centers, 1/4" Hexagonal, 9/32" centers, 1/32" bar width in Carbon Steel (CS), Cold Rolled (CR), Mill Finish.
Its 79% open area prioritizes airflow, drainage, light transfer, and weight reduction over maximum screening; engineering review should also reference 79% open area, 16.09 holes per square inch, 22 Gauge (.0299" Thick) max thickness, 0.23 Lbs./Square Foot sheet weight.
The carbon steel base is practical for welding, forming, and later coating when the drawing calls for cost-controlled fabrication.
Use it in Sheet with Sheared Through Both Ends and 36" x 24"; 36" x 40"; 36" x 120" (Cut Sizes Available); quotation checks should confirm cut edges, flatness, and finish protection before production release.
