DS-006 Designer Perforated Aluminum Sheet
DS-006 is specified for decorative facade panels, branded interior screens, and visible architectural cladding, pairing Aluminum (AL), Alloy 3003-H14 (3003H14), Mill Finish with Straight Centers, 5/8" Designer, 3/4" centers, 1/8" bar width.
Its 35% open area balances airflow and visibility while leaving enough web for many guarding layouts; engineering review should also reference 35% open area, .0320" Thick (20 Gauge) max thickness, 0.29 Lbs./Square Foot sheet weight.
The aluminum substrate keeps panel weight low, so flatness, edge handling, and protective packing should be reviewed before release.
Use it in Sheet with Sheared Through Both Ends and 36" x 24"; 36" x 120" (Cut Sizes Available); quotation checks should confirm cut edges, flatness, and finish protection before production release.
