Stuttgart Automotive Assembly Plant Safety Guarding Upgrade Project, Germany
An automotive assembly plant replaced old wire mesh fencing with high-visibility perforated plate guarding to improve safety, impact resistance, and workshop aesthetics.
The Challenge
The assembly line needed stronger physical barriers than mesh while preventing fingers or tools from entering hazardous zones and preserving visibility.
Our Solution
Signal yellow perforated galvanized steel plates, 40 x 40 mm aluminum or steel frames, and tamper-resistant safety bolts were installed to ISO 14120 standards.
