A multinational auto parts plant upgraded heavy automated punch presses with yellow perforated metal equipment guards, sliding rails, safety doors, and interlocks.

The Challenge

The client needed to prevent flying debris and accidental contact while maintaining machine visibility, heat dissipation, daily maintenance access, and EU machinery safety compliance.

Our Solution

Heavy-duty perforated metal enclosures were built with 2.0 mm Q235 panels, welded square tube frames, acrylic observation windows, and interlock switches.
